LoBue founded the firm in April 1993 after varied professional experience in public health, judicial investigation, nonprofit management, university administration and marketing high-end workstations to universities and research centers. His technology sector experience includes business manager of joint R&D project with IBM at Carnegie-Mellon University and higher education marketing at Sun Microsystems. He has guided the formation of about a dozen trade associations, serving as executive director to ten L&M client organizations and serving on numerous boards of directors for more than 30 years.
